Free State, South Africa – On Thursday, 15 March 2018, Sasol in conjunction with SANRAL and Free State local emergency services, will stage an emergency simulation exercise at the Greenland’s Bridge on the N1 highway.
Safety is the cornerstone ingredient for the sustainability of our business, it is therefore of utmost importance to ensure that our emergency response systems are adequately equipped to deal with off-site transportation emergencies, with minimal impact to the public.
These annual training exercises depict real-life scenarios and are conducted in a controlled environment under the auspices of district officials from the Fezile Dabi Road Incident Management System (RIMS).
